Introduce your little one to the joy of dance in our Parent & Dancer program, specially designed for children ages 18 months to 3 years and taught using the Discover Dance Syllabus. These classes provide a warm, nurturing environment where toddlers can explore movement, rhythm, and creativity while developing early motor skills and coordination.
At this stage, a parent or guardian is required to participate in the room, helping your dancer feel supported as they learn, explore, and build confidence. Midway through class, we enjoy a short nut-free snack and socialization break, giving little ones (and grown-ups!) time to connect and recharge.
When your child turns 3, they may choose to remain in this Parent & Dancer stage a little longer or transition into our independent “Pre-Dance” classes for ages 3–4, where dancers take their first steps toward learning on their own.

PARENT + DANCER (18M-3Y)
PRE-DANCE (AGES 3-4)
Our Pre-Dance program for 3–4-year-olds helps young dancers explore movement, rhythm, and creativity on their own, building confidence and foundational skills for future classes.
PRE JUNIOR (AGES 5-6)
Our Pre-Junior program is designed for dancers ages 5–6 who are ready for more structure and style-specific training. At this level, dancers can choose their favourite discipline—or try more than one!—with class options in Ballet, Jazz, Acro, and Hip Hop. These classes build technique, musicality, coordination, and confidence while giving young dancers a strong foundation for future levels.
JUNIOR (AGES 7-9)
Our Junior program for ages 7–9 helps dancers grow skills, explore multiple styles, and build technique, confidence, and musicality, while keeping the joy of dance at the center.
PRE INTERMEDIATE (Ages 10-11)
Our Pre-Intermediate program for ages 10–11 helps dancers deepen technique, explore multiple styles, and build strength, flexibility, and confidence, while nurturing artistry and discipline.
INTERMEDIATE (Ages 12-13)
Our Intermediate program for ages 12–13 helps dancers refine technique, expand versatility, and build strength, artistry, and confidence, while preparing for advanced training and performance opportunities.
TEEN (Ages 13-17)
Our Teen program is designed for dancers ages 13–17 who are beginning their dance journey later in life and want to learn the fundamentals in an age-appropriate, encouraging environment. These classes introduce the essential basics of Jazz, Ballet, Contemporary, Hip Hop, and more—without placing teens in younger age groups. Dancers build confidence, coordination, musicality, and technique at a comfortable pace, surrounded by peers their own age. It’s the perfect place to start, grow, and fall in love with dance—no experience required.
SENIOR (AGES 14-17)
Our Senior program supports dancers ages 14–17 as they refine their technique, deepen their artistry, and strengthen their versatility. With classes in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Contemporary, Musical Theatre, Acro, and more, dancers can focus on their chosen styles while continuing to explore new ones. Seniors also have access to advanced technique classes that develop strength, flexibility, control, and performance quality, as well as competitive program opportunities for those pursuing higher-level training. This stage prepares dancers for advanced programming, post-secondary dance pathways, and a confident transition into young adulthood—both in and out of the studio.
ADVANCED (At Directors Discretion)
Our Advanced program is designed for highly dedicated dancers who demonstrate strong technique, discipline, and a commitment to intensive training. This level includes elevated technique classes across multiple styles as well as competitive opportunities for dancers training at the highest level. Placement in the Advanced program is by director’s discretion, and dancers may be invited to audition based on their skill, work ethic, and readiness for the demands of this group. Advanced dancers refine artistry, power, and precision as they prepare for elite-level performances and future dance pathways.
ADULT CLASSES
Our Adult program is designed for dancers 18+ who want structured, progressive training rather than drop-in classes. At PDE, adult classes run in dedicated sessions—allowing you to build skills week after week, track your progress, and enjoy the consistency of a committed group. We offer Fall (15 weeks), Winter (10 weeks), and Spring (12 weeks) programs across a variety of styles. Whether you’re returning to dance or starting fresh, our adult classes provide a supportive, judgement-free space to grow, move, and feel inspired.
FITNESS (PMX) FOR DANCERS
PMX is our signature conditioning and standing Pilates program designed specifically for dancers. Led by professional instructor Ms. Haley, this class helps dancers build strength, stability, flexibility, and body awareness—all in a safe, supportive, and body-positive environment.
Through targeted Pilates-based exercises, dancers develop proper alignment, injury-prevention skills, and the foundational strength needed to excel in all dance styles. PMX empowers dancers to understand their bodies, improve their technique, and build healthy conditioning habits they can continue outside the studio.
