Welcome To

PMX

CENTRAL TORONTO’S BOUTIQUE FITNESS STUDIO

This is more than a rebrand. It’s a reminder of why we move and what movement can do for us when it’s done with intention, kindness, and care. For years, women have been told that strength has to hurt. That fitness means exhaustion. That we need to earn our rest, shrink our bodies, or keep pushing past pain.

But what if we could redefine that story?

PMX Pilates is high intensity and low impact… a powerful combination that challenges the body while protecting it. Every class is safe for everyone, whether you’re a lifelong mover or stepping back into fitness after time away.

You’ll move dynamically, using larger planes of motion to connect the entire body. You’ll feel your core working deeply… not to chase a “look,” but to build strength that supports your posture, your back, and your life beyond the studio.

EVERY SEQUENCE IS DESIGNED TO BE MINDFUL YET POWERFUL, ATHLETIC YET ACCESSIBLE.

We use music intentionally, not as background noise, but as a tool. The playlist is curated to help you flow through every movement, to distract your inner critic, to keep you grounded when your body starts to shake.

Because this is not about the way you look, it’s about the way you feel.

Hi, I’m Tricia

MASTER TRAINER AND CO-CREATOR OF PMX

PMX Pilates was created for women who do it all. Who pour into everyone else and are finally ready to take an hour back for themselves. Here, we believe movement should meet you where you are. On the days you feel unstoppable and on the days you just need to breathe.

Whether you’re looking for strength, energy, or a place to reconnect with your body, PMX is your space to find it. High intensity. Low impact. Safe for everyone. Full body. Deep core. Smart movement that works with your life… not against it.This is the next era of movement.

Strong, connected, and kind.
