Parent & Dancer
Introduce your little one to the joy of dance in our Parent & Dancer program, specially designed for children ages 18 months to 3 years and taught using the Discover Dance Syllabus. These classes provide a warm, nurturing environment where toddlers can explore movement, rhythm, and creativity while developing early motor skills and coordination.
At this stage, a parent or guardian is required to participate in the room, helping your dancer feel supported as they learn, explore, and build confidence. Midway through class, we enjoy a short nut-free snack and socialization break, giving little ones (and grown-ups!) time to connect and recharge.
Please sign up for all sessions individually and be aware of session dates, found below the class name.
Our Parent and Dancer program is offered as a full session experience, designed to build connection, confidence, and consistency in the classroom.
Session Dates:
Fall Session: 14 weeks
Winter Session: 10 weeks
Spring Session: 12 weeks
All families must have an active account with Positive Dance Experience prior to registering. If you do not yet have an account, please visit our main page to create one before enrolling.
All registered classes are non-refundable. We highly recommend booking a trial class before committing to the full session to ensure it’s the right fit for you and your dancer. If you choose to register after your trial, the cost of your trial class will be prorated toward your first session payment.
During each class, we take a short break halfway through for a snack. We recommend bringing a nut-free, healthy snack for your dancer to enjoy before heading back in for the second half of class.
