SENIOR

Our Senior program (ages 14–17) supports dancers as they reach a more advanced stage of their training, with a strong focus on technique, performance, and personal growth.

Dancers progress through the ADAPT syllabus (Pre-Intermediate 3 through Intermediate and Advanced levels) while continuing their development in Acrobatic Arts (Levels 4–6), based on ability and training commitment. Additional conditioning and flexibility training further supports strength, control, and longevity in dance.

Ballet training continues with a focus on refinement and examination preparation.

Dancers may also be part of our high-level part-time competitive program, offering a challenging and rewarding training environment for those looking to take their dance to the next level.
