INTERMEDIATE

Our Intermediate program (ages 12–13) is designed for dancers who are ready to further advance  their training with increased focus and commitment.

Dancers progress through the ADAPT syllabus (Pre-Intermediate 2–3) and continue developing  in Acrobatic Arts (Levels 3–5), based on their experience, ability, and training hours. At this  stage, additional flexibility and conditioning classes are introduced to support strength, mobility,  and overall performance.

Ballet training continues with a focus on technique and examination preparation.

Dancers may also be part of our high-level part-time competitive program, offering a more  intensive and rewarding training experience within a supportive environment.
