Perfect for dancers looking to enhance training without full program commitment.
CONDITIONING & FLEXIBILITY
Conditioning and Flexibility classes help dancers build strength, control, and mobility across all styles. In a supportive group environment, dancers stay motivated and accountable while refining skills. These classes are a valuable add-on for Ballet, Jazz, Acro, Contemporary, and Hip Hop training.
ADULT
Adult Dance classes (18+) offer drop-in Hip Hop and Contemporary for beginner to intermediate dancers. Welcoming all experience levels, classes provide a supportive, empowering space to reconnect with dance, build confidence, and grow. Custom classes are available on request.
ADVANCED
Advanced is an invite-only program for dancers showing exceptional commitment, skill, and growth. Training at the highest levels of ADAPT and Acrobatic Arts, dancers are selected based on results, work ethic, and readiness. This program offers a focused, high-performance environment for those ready to train at an elevated standard.
SENIOR
Senior classes (ages 14–17) focus on advanced technique, performance, and personal growth. Dancers progress through ADAPT (Pre-Intermediate 3 to Advanced) and Acrobatic Arts Levels 4–6, with added conditioning and flexibility training. Ballet emphasises refinement and exam preparation, with opportunities to join the high-level part-time competitive program.
INTERMEDIATE
Intermediate classes (ages 12–13) support dancers ready for more focused, committed training. Dancers progress through ADAPT (Pre-Intermediate 2–3), Acrobatic Arts Levels 3–5, and continue Ballet with a focus on technique and exams. Flexibility and conditioning are introduced, with opportunities to join the part-time competitive program.
PRE-INTERMEDIATE
Pre-Intermediate classes (ages 10–11) build on Junior foundations with more advanced training. Dancers progress through ADAPT Jazz and Tap (Junior 3 to Pre-Intermediate 1), Acrobatic Arts Levels 3–4, and continue Ballet with a focus on technique and exam preparation. Opportunities for competitive training are available, supporting both recreational and more committed dancers.
JUNIOR
Junior classes (ages 7–9) build on early foundations with a deeper focus on technique and training. Ballet follows Vaganova-inspired principles, alongside ADAPT Jazz and Tap (Junior 2–3) and Acrobatic Arts Levels 2–3, developing strength, coordination, and control. Dancers can begin exams and more structured training, with opportunities to join the part-time competitive program. Suitable for both recreational and dedicated dancers.
PRE-JUNIOR
Pre-Junior classes (ages 5–6) build a strong, confident foundation in dance. With a gentle focus on technique, Ballet introduces Vaganova-inspired basics, while Jazz and Tap follow the ADAPT syllabus and Acro uses Acrobatic Arts. Dancers develop strength, coordination, and discipline, with opportunities to begin exam pathways and more structured training. Ideal for fun, confidence, or future growth, with support for competitive dance at this level.
MINI-DANCE
Pre-Dance classes for ages 3–4 offer a playful, nurturing introduction to movement, rhythm, and creativity. Using elements of the Discover Dance Syllabus, ADAPT, and Acrobatic Arts, dancers build coordination, confidence, and early technique. Perfect for fostering a love of dance while laying strong foundations for future training.
