JUNIOR
Our Junior program (ages 7–9) builds on the strong foundation developed in earlier levels, with a deeper focus on technique and training.
Dancers continue their Ballet education with Vaganova-inspired principles, while progressing through the ADAPT Jazz and Tap syllabus (Junior 2–3) and Acrobatic Arts Levels 2–3— developing strength, coordination, and control.
For those who are ready, this stage introduces opportunities for examinations and a more structured approach to training. Dancers may also be invited into our part-time competitive program, where they expand their commitment in a supportive and inspiring environment.
Whether your dancer is here for fun or looking to grow more seriously, this program supports both pathways.
