CONDITIONING & FLEXIBILITY
Our Conditioning and Flexibility classes are designed to support dancers in building the strength, control, and mobility needed to excel across all styles.
While elements of conditioning and flexibility are introduced in regular classes, true progress happens with focused training. At PDE, we know it can be challenging to stay consistent on your own—so we’ve created a supportive group environment where dancers can stay motivated, accountable, and grow together.
Flexibility is an ongoing journey, with always something new to work toward, refine, and improve.
This is a valuable add-on class for dancers training in Ballet, Jazz, Acro, Contemporary, and Hip Hop.
