Tricia has an insatiable curiosity for all things movement-related, with extensive experience in dance, yoga, Pilates, spin, TRX, myofascial release, and as a pelvic floor, diastases, and pre/postnatal exercise specialist.

Tricia has an insatiable curiosity for all things movement-related, with extensive experience in dance, yoga, Pilates, spin, TRX, myofascial release, and as a pelvic floor, diastases, and pre/postnatal exercise specialist. Her journey began as a classical dancer and has evolved into a lifelong commitment to wellness through intelligent, purposeful movement.
As Head Instructor at PMX Pilates, Tricia plays a leading role in shaping the education and training experience. In 2026, she developed and authored the PMX Pilates syllabus, bringing together her depth of knowledge and passion for movement into a comprehensive, forward-thinking program for instructors.
Tricia brings focus, energy, humour, and a deep understanding of body awareness to her teaching. Her commitment to movement education helps create a supportive, inclusive environment where clients and instructors alike can build confidence, deepen their practice, and thrive.

Lori is a PMX Pilates instructor with a background in fitness leadership and personal training. Known for her bubbly energy and genuine love for people, she creates an uplifting and supportive environment where everyone feels welcome.

By day, Haley works in the tech industry, but her true passion lies in movement and helping others feel strong, confident, and energized. With a background in dance and a lifelong love of fitness, she was naturally drawn to barre as a way to combine grace, strength, and community.

Class was amazing with Haley. It was paced perfectly and prompts were given when necessary. It was truly a full body workout. Hailey’s energy and friendliness was contagious. The studio was large and had a great sound system. Will definitely be going back!
