Tricia has an insatiable curiosity for all things movement-related, with extensive experience in dance, yoga, Pilates, spin, TRX, myofascial release, and as a pelvic floor, diastases, and pre/postnatal exercise specialist. Her journey began as a classical dancer and has evolved into a lifelong commitment to wellness through intelligent, purposeful movement.

As Head Instructor at PMX Pilates, Tricia plays a leading role in shaping the education and training experience. In 2026, she developed and authored the PMX Pilates syllabus, bringing together her depth of knowledge and passion for movement into a comprehensive, forward-thinking program for instructors.

Tricia brings focus, energy, humour, and a deep understanding of body awareness to her teaching. Her commitment to movement education helps create a supportive, inclusive environment where clients and instructors alike can build confidence, deepen their practice, and thrive.
